How do I consolidate music from 2-3 PCs?

I have 3 PCs including one at work....All of them have iTunes, some songs, and Windows XP. I've just bought the 20gb 4g ipod and never been hooked up to any of these PCs. Is there a way to consolidate all 3 PCs music to my IPOD without erasing any one of them? If this is possible and after this is done, I would also like to make this master list from my Ipod and sync them to all 3 pcs so that they are the same...Much needed up...Thanks.

Set it to manual manage your music, then it won't erase any of your music when you connect it to any of the 3 computers. And why would you want all 3 computers to have the same songs? As long as they're n the iPod, that should suffice.
