I just now got my 4th Gen 20 gig iPod. Im using Windows Xp and I would like to know how to format my iPod for windows. I have heard that you have to if you dont have the HP iPod? Anyone know how? Or do I even have to.

Use the disk that came with it or use the updater. If you just got the iPod take the time to review the User's Guide.

Well I hope you enjoy the lounge. There's a wealth of information here for you. May I suggest that you check out our iPod 101 and 201 series. :)

I have read those many many times and they are a big help.
