here is the deal, as of now, i have my ipod hooked up to my headunit through the aux-in. i have a stereo mini plug going into the headphone jack, and the sound is quite impressive. i also use a separate charger. i read up on the sik imp and the monster car one (with a charger and line out jack, forgot its name) and i am curious to see if anyone currently runs this setup? i want to get either one so i can use line-out, not headhpones port, and have a new charger too.
i have ruled out the belkin one as i dont want a separate volume adjustment.
also, either of these would sound just as good as if i were to set up my dock and line-out from that, correct?
any help or comments would be appreciated. and dont say anything about the alpine controller, as i have a pioneer head unit and only want to spend the 30-40 dollars on this. thanks you mucho.
