euPod issues

So I've managed to set up euPod with my iPod which is on auto sync so it doesn't re-sync everything everytime using the "fix itunes" application. This is good. However, for no apparent reason, now whenever I start up iTunes, even without the iPod plugged in, euPod automatically starts up and then spends ages telling me my iPod isn't plugged in. Anyone have any ideas why this is happening? Or any solutions?

Yes, check the box "Dont warn about ipod is not connected when starting itunes" in euPOD. Its in red at the bottom of application, you cant miss it.
