Hi
I purchased a 4G 20GB iPod just over a month ago, and after a few teething problems, was managing fine. Recently however, I get an error message saying that my iPod is not readable and it needs to be restored. I do this, then when I go to reconnect it to my PC, I get the same non readable message. So basically its a continuous cycle. Its now been a week since my iPod last was recognised in iTunes, and to be honest im not at all happy with it.
Does anybody have any solutions, or would it be best to send it to Apple for a replacement?
