Superior earphones than the sony ex71?

i need to buy new earphones, because I can clearly hear that my Sony EX71 were used a long time (i can hear a little rush, but it's getting worse)

so, does anyone know better headphones with better noice cancelling (via isolation)
maximum price is 150, but i'd rather pay 100

and the shop must be able to deliver to Austria

Shure e2's or e3's. The e3's are quite a bit more expensive but will sound better.
