FYI... I tried the idea of "converting" my Sennheiser mx500 earphones to more in-ear like. Putting the gel on broke the earphone... couldn't even test if the idea worked...
Maybe I should have left the foam cover on the earphone? Or maybe there's a reason the Sennheisers sound more "delicate" than the iPod earphones?
