I've seen a few programs for the Mac that will easily convert an MP3 to ACC and was wondering if anyone knew of one for Windows?

Everything you need can be found on this post at the old forums site.

Why would you want to do that? You're converting from one lossy format to another, and losing a generation of quality in the process.

If it's already MP3, you're better off leaving it that way, unless you have a very good reason to convert it.

CDex with the programs mention in my previous post will convert them. Oh, and technically mp4 is considered to be a lossless format.

MP4 is lossless? First I've heard of it...

I will admit to being a bit ignorant of the logistics of MPEG4, but I am quite certain you are incorrect.

You cannot compress a 1.5Mb PCM stream down to 128kb without sacrificing quality. Lossless audio codecs like Ape and SHN are only able to compress down to about 40-50% the original size.
