ipod mini skins

hey guys.

just wondering what would be the best skin for an ipod mini and where is the best place to get em in australia.

i went to the iskin website and i'm not sure what's going on with the exo2, evo, evo3 watever..

which one is the newest and best one?

Tunewear have a nice transparent mini case; http://tunewear.com -- Personally, if I had a mini, the choice of a clear case is a given; the mini is already colored.

i'm personally looking at the iskins because i think they look better. =P

can somebody tell me which ones are the newest and which ones asre better out of the exo and evo series skins?

and also, which colours are good. i am looking at ebony, carbon, arctic and maybe the white one.

ok... first of all im going to assume u own an iPod MINI, and not anything else since u ARE posting in the Mini Forums....

the exo is for the 3G iPod, and the only difference i found was that it includes a "stainless steel rotary belt clip", a screen protector and a "safety hand strap", and if u want that then go here:

i would recommend the artic iSkin cuz, if u have a mini, it shows the color of ur iPod

I have Icewear from Tunewear and enjoy it. It is transparent so you can still see the colour of your ipod.

i've seen the skin on iskin but when i looked on ebay, i saw exo and and evo mini skin. =/

can anybdy tell me which colours are good?

Sonic (blue) looks like the best colour. I have one coming in the mail.

second pic of two... this time its outside of the iSkin... in the bottom left you can barely see the screen protector... and btw the light that is visible in both pics is from a flashlight i was holdin (took both with one hand)... i was tryin to show the true colors and i kept blurring it with normal light, and the flash would make it waaay to bright

i was thinking of getting either arctic, carbon or ebony or maybe ghost coz it glows. but not that interested in white.

anyways.. i'll make my decision when i get my ipod mini next month.

yea the artic is the most transparent of the group

i would advise not to get the carbon and ebony cuz they supposedly attract alooooot of dust and dirt

well.. i am probably 80% going to get the silver but i've only seen the blue and silver mini's so i may like some of the other colours.

yeah.. i thought the darker colours would attrack dust. then i might go for the arctic.

hi again guys.. i've changed my mind. hehe...

i've read some more posts and i've realised that if i get the arctic then i'll be stuck with the one colour.

lets be honest. everybody would get bored of silver ...(although in the 'best' colour thread green looked the winner.. i'll see which one i choose when i go shopping next month. =P)

so i think i'm gonna go for something totally different to silver/green/whatever is good so i can mix it up a bit. not the same old boring colour. hehe..

what do you guys think? i was thinking sonic, carbon, ebony or lava. i havn't heard much about the darker colours.. i know they attract dust but they do look pretty kool and professional..

which one is better. i do like the glo aspect on the lava though. =P:

ok well...

the glow ones seem to suit you since you seem to want to not be stuck with the same color... forever

the ghost is white, but glows blue.. i would advise against it simply because if would make ur mini look like a normal iPod, and that of course would be no fun

the lava is orange and glows orange/yellow... in other words you would be stuck with an orange-ish color so again, i would advise against it...

the wasabi looks pretty tight from the pics, but again, is only one color (green)

the vamp seems like the choice for you if you dunt mind the purple... its purple and glows blue, so you would have two colors

just do wut u feel more leaned to... there all the same quality :D

hmm...

well.. i'm deciding between lava, ebony or sonic.

i'm not really into purple.. =P

and the lava glow colour is quite different to the orange so i don't mind that aspect.

does anybody have an ebony skin? does it attract alot of dust and should i steer clear of it?

right now.. my first preference would have to be lava. (oranga is kool) and then ebony.

anyways.. thanx for replies. helped me alot.
