Please choose the appropriate forum for this topic. Thank you. This might sound stupid, but the top of the case may have a perforated line along the join. As I am unsure I don't want to cut and regret it

it came with instructions.. all you do is slide the ipod in through the screen opening.. it's silicon. it stretches and goes back to its original shape.

I think you're supposed to stuff it in through opening where the window shows.

Thanks. They should have indicated that on the box.

Does taking the mini in and out of the iSkin stretch the iSkin material?
Can u leave the iSkin on when charging and transfering music?

The booklet is INSIDE the rubber case, which requires you to contort the case to get it out. I agree that at least the first step should be pointed out - I'm sure that more than a few users have sliced the top open to only find out that's not how it's done.
I would not think it would be stretched out, unless you treated it like a Stretch Armstrong toy.

Don't worry about stretching the case. Practically everything that stretches has a certain point as to where it will return to its original form. After that, then the case will be permanently disfigured.

No need to remove the iSkin when charging or transfering....once the iSkin is on, you never have to remove it.
