****dock confusion****

hi, i wonder if anybody can help.
i have an ipod mini and want to get a dock, however i got a bit confused.
should the dock have 2 port on the back or 3.
you see some docks are being sold on ebay for all ipods and they have a line out a usb socket and firewire, and i thought it was just a dock conection and line out not usb or firewire. you see i want to use the cables that come with the mini, a usb into the pc and a dock into the ipod (or when i have a dock in that)
has this ebay listing made a mistake? it has a pciture so it quite convincing

Looks good to me.

Why would you want to use the cables that came with your mini when this dock has all the cables you need?

Also, it seems to output sound through mini's dock connection which is ALWAYS better then through the headphone jack.

Go for it. Maybe I'll bid, too. :p
