I have been waiting for sennheiser to make some 'street style' headphones, and I found these on their site the other day.

does anyone have any experience with these yet? i have the MX500 earbuds and I love them, and they sound pretty good. Will these sound just as good? or should i skip them and find something else? Thanks for the help!!!

I use Sennheiser equipment on-the-job and I am extremely impressed with their quality construction and operation. I connect my iPod to my aircraft's intercom system and listen to it (in addition to radio traffic) on a pair of HMEC 25KA noise cancelling aviation headphones and find the sound to be very good...even though neither the headset nor the intercom are built for music.
I'm interested in their neck-strap headphones, now!! The PMX 60 looks like a great replacement for my broken Sony headphones.

I have a pair of 500mx bud headphones for the ipod and a pair of hd-25's for DJing, both are very high quality headphones.
Sennheiser can do no wrong, easily better than most of the competition in all the different types of headphones, god knows why so many people persist with some of the #### overpriced cans being peddled by sony.
I know Sennheiser are good but has anyone tried the PMX 60 in particular? I'm very interested and to be honest will probably have impulse purchased them before anyone replies ;).

here are some opinions:

I have the senn MX 500 and PXC 250. The PXC 250 makes the MX 500 pale in comparison but then they also cost lots more. But that aside the MXC 250 is the best phone I've ever owned at any price.
I've had sony noise canceling phones, the EX 70s, countless ear buds, Aiwas. This was my first jump into senns and I bought both at the same time. I'm hooked, I see why everyone thinks they're the greatest. Now I'm thinking of getting the wireless ones so I can walk around the house without lugging the iPod around.
