ok, im going to be returning my nomad zen xtra to best buy because due to a screen malfunction and was going to upgrade to a new 4g 20 gig ipod. however after viewing some posts on the ipod sound issue it makes me question if i should get on or not. i know i could return it too. However i was going to buy the replacement plan also so that i could upgrade it a little later but was wondering if i had to return it if i would need to buy the warrnety again. also the hp version of the ipod is available at best buy. do these have the sound issues?
