ipod calendar/agent/outlook problem

I just used iPod agent to transfer my outlook calendar to my iPod, but all of the apointment times are inaccurate. They're all 4 hours too early, for example an 8:00AM apt on Outlook shows up as 4:00 AM on the iPod. Anyone know how to fix this?

Are the computer and IPod both showing the same time?

Also, check the time zone settings on your PC and your iPod. Be sure they are set for the same zone.
