When I reset my iPod and then hold the left and right buttons, it jsut goes to the "Ok to disconnect screen. It never get to the disk mode screen. It is a 1st generation 10 gb iPod. Any help is appreciated. The main problem is that my computer won't recognize my iPod and I am trying to get into it and restore it.
