I was just pricing how much shipping would be for the 4th gen skin. Holy Crap! almost $8! DOes it come in a 24K gold box or something?????

I'm buying this ipod next paycheck - money is tight, but I'm doing it anyway - I've waited too long. My wife will flip if I buy that too. Grrrr! I thought the 29.99 was a little steep but 8 bux for shipping? Whatever.

It's not that expensive for shipping. The only way to ship really cheap is to use the USPS, but they can be very unreliable. Plus you have no options for shipping like you get with UPS, FedEx, Airborne, etc.

Speaking of additional charges, has anyone in the US been hit with duties on an iSkin purchase? The website states "US & International Customers are subject to duties at port of entry", and I know folks who've ordered stuff from the Great White North, only to get stomped by import fees on the back end.

Anyone?
