I've had my iPod remote for a few months, I had to buy it separately because I have a 3g 10 gig iPod. The little switch to lock it and unlock it fell off a few times, but I was able to find it and put it back on. Well, I was running around the city yesterday and the stupid thing fell off and now I can't lock the remote. Does Apple have a return policy on these things where I can bring it back to them for a replacement, or am I in the hole for $39.99? Has anyone else had this problem?
