I have a new 4G 40 gig iPod which will mount up as a drive in OS X, but when I plug it into a computer running OS 9, the iPod disk will not mount.
It all worked fine on my old 3G 10 gig iPod.
When I look at the iPod preferences using iTunes I can see that the "Enable disk use" is ticked but it is greyed out.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to get it to work?
