i want one thats between 15-20 bucks, willing to go 25 (if its an amazing case)

has a belt clip that covers the surface area of the mini, so there isn't any wobbling or randome movement. (kinda similar to the clip that came with the mini)

open at top, for headphone accessibility, bottom opening is good, but can do without. I dont want flip covers, something similar to the i-skin, so its always accessible.

screen cover is good but isn't a necessity to me.

any suggestions?

Get the exoflpmini-fb and a twistclip from www.xskn.com. They're having a 50% off sale until the end of the month. You can also get stuff like the bungee and the ishade. A case, twistclip, ishade and a bungee would cost you about 20$ (free shipping for orders over $50, $25 after 50% off). Trust me, this is the best case avaliable.:D

The iSkin Mini is a great case if your looking for a case to take a beating. If you're not worried about dropping your iPod, get a thinner case like the exo3mini. Those are about the only good cases for $25 and under.

I recently bought a black iSkin Mini, and I highly recommend it.

My single complaint is that the rubber material tends to attract dirt and lint, which stands out on the black.
