I have been reading all the reviews of different earphones on these forums, but I don't understand what people mean by the neck strap on the Sony EX51/71s. I have never seen them in person before, does the cord go behind the neck on these models? Is one side of the cord longer than the other? Also, I have never used "canalphones" before, are they uncomfortable at first if you are not used to them? I am a little reluctant to put these things in my ear canal when technically you're not even supposed to put Q-tips in there.
P.S. I know there is a strong hatred for these earphones on this forum, so comments telling me how awful these are really aren't useful. I'm not really a hardcore audiophile, and for under $25 on Amazon, even if they suck its not a huge loss.
