View Full Version : Had to send my ipod back

I have had my 10GB Ipod for about two weeks now. Had some resetting problems since day one. Had to reset everytime I wanted to turn it on. It would never turn on by itself. So I called Apple, and they had me reformat it. Well, it totally froze up and would not turn on at all. So I have to send it back for repair or replacement. This is my first apple product I have bought, and it kinda sucks. I hate having to mail it back for repair. Oh well, just thought I would share my ipod experience.

hope apple will not take to long to replace a new one for ya

thanks. At least Apple's tech support was pretty good. It only took a couple minutes to get thru to talk to someone.
