Honestly...I have no intent on doing this....I actually like having black earphones.
But out of curiosity, I was wondering if any of you have ever thought of trying to change your black phones into white ones (even if it's just the wire). How might you go about such a thing if you were to try this?
I only ask because I do suspect that at least a few of you have contemplated doing such a thing....

Well, paint or spraypaint is an obvious choice.
I just thought that maybe, after the paint dried, it would stark cracking and stuff on a wire like the ones on headphones.

Spraypaint won't crack because it's such a thin layer. A thick layer of regular paint would, though.

Why? Because people associate white cord/headphones with iPod. It lets people know I'm rockin' the iPod, cuz I'm special and they SUCK because they don't have one! Muahahaha!

Eh don't worry about this guy. He's a self-righteous iPod "rebel" who for some reason has this thing for not being identified as an iPod user. All fine and good, except that he bashes people that either do want to be in the iPod group or don't care. Basically anyone who uses white headphones (he "obsessively" uses black headphones).

Does sony make white fontopia headphones or are there any other good alternatives to the apple in-ear phones?
