Hard Music Question...

OK, In my opinion this is sort of a difficult question but I'll let you judge for yourself. I am currently looking for some songs that begin with a sweet beat or riff with the artist "sing/speaking".

Confused? Basically the artist is not quite singing, more of a talking thing. It's hard to describe. I'd better just give some examples. You can download these songs (and then delete them because pirating is wrong:D ) and get an idea for what I'm looking for.
