Everyone likes something different, but certain things everyone hates.
What cases have you tried that you hated and why?
Scratched the iPod?
Poor fit/quality?
What you ordered turned out to be different that what you expected?
Any comments are welcome.

the Exoflp. Good idea poorly implemented. I tried for a month to use it, modified it in hopes of improving it, and finally dumped it for an iSkin.

th otterbox oPod. first one had injection molding problems, so i sent it back and got another one, but that one leaked. The design also prohibited use of third-party headphones.

Specks ipod skin. 2 Words It Sucks. Defientally not worth 20$

The original apple case...Almost $500 invested in a piece of electronic equipment and they give you the very thing that tries to ruin it.....sheesh!
It scratched it the first week I had it....

Yeah the Apple case really sucks. It scratched (or at least helped to scratch) the back of my 2G 20GB a while back. I didn't make the same mistake with my 3G 15GB and instead bought an iSkin eVo. It's perfect.

I have one. I don't have another case too try it with. What is so bad about it, because I want to see if I have those same problems, in case I go buy an eVo and it's the same!

I like the apple case a lot. So far, it's everything I could hope for in a case. The only one that looks more tempting at the moment is the Gravis GPod. The scratches on my iPod from the apple case are SO INVISIBLE, that I can hardly see them, unless I have a bright light an a magnifying glass. Used every day for 2 months.

I didn't like my iSkin eXo2 much at all. Attracted loads of lint.

I didn't realy like my exo3 ice, it was always kind of loose on the ipod(even though everyone says give it a day and it will conform to the size of the ipod), and it attracted alot of dust and dirt. Needless to say I gave up on skins and bought an incase leather sleeve and love it.

Could you be a bit more specific about what you didn't like about it? I've got one on mine and the only down sides I have are that it attracts a bit of lint (to be expected) and you can't really use things like itrip due to the thickness.
Overall I thought it was pretty good.

lol i have an evo and i love it. The speck skin has a gap at the bottom that wont close when you flip the port cover over, lack of screen protection, GIGANTIC, ugly, and buttons are hard to push
