Please choose the appropriate forum for this topic. Thank you. I've purchased music from the I-tunes site, plus I have songs on my hard drive that for some reason will not download to my I-Pod. What???s up? I???m a new I- pod user but my guess is that there is some type of file conflict.

Can someone please help? Thanks - Joe

For the iTMS downloads, you need to have the latest software update on the iPod for the songs to transfer to the iPod. Download it here : http://www.apple.com/ipod/download

For the songs on your harddrive, you need to transfer them via from a disk. If you have the songs already burned to one, import them from the disk and then you will be able to transfer them to the iPod.
