The remote for my 2nd gen iPod doesn't work properly. The sound in my right ear will only work if I twist the earbud plug and move it around until the sound is in both ears. (I know that this is a remote issue as the problem is gone if I plug the earbuds directly into the iPod.
Any suggestions?
