I wouldn't use them anyway, but to simply put it, they don't fit in my ears. Does anyone else have this problem? I would have thought one size fits all almost, but I guess not.

Yes it's a common problem. They are rounded so they don't fit many ears (including mine) properly. They just sit on the outside of the ear and in turn deliver sub-par audio. Not a very good pair at all and are extremely uncomfortable.
