Moving "Shared Music" onto my iPod

I just received a 4G ipod yesterday and I am loving it so far. I hooked it up at work (thats where I spend most of my day) and there are a few other people here at work who have their music shared out on the network that I can play in iTunes. I was told by them that there is a way I can grab their songs they have shared out and put it on my iPod but they have no idea how to do it, anyone know a way? Thanks

Thats pretty much what im looking for too bad it dosent work, I reinstalled it twice and both times when I play a song from someone elses shared music it dosent show up in the mytunes window. Anyone tried this program?

Ok so that dosent work? Anyone else have any idea how to do this, I'm pretty sure it can be done, im just dissapointed no one here knows how to do it. :(

I could be mistaken, but I believe Apple "fixed" things so programs like MyTunes no longer work. I don't believe any other programs have come along that function like MyTunes did.
