Has anyone tried the Apple 20gig 3G case on a 40gig 4G pod? Does it fit right or not?

The 3G case is a little bigger so it might not fit as tight. Other than that should be fine.

I'm a little confused. Is the case bigger than the 20gig 4g or the 40gig 4g or both? My understanding was that the 20 gig 4g was 1 mm thinner but that the 40gig 4g had stayed the same.

I had a 3G 20gig, now i have a 4g 40gig, the case i had with the 3g fits the 4g 40 pretty well? The design of the apple case stretches so it works well, but thats a smaller case going to a larger product! because the 20 has now been made fractionaly thinner, the 3g case may not fit the 4g 20gig. it will have been stretched to the 3g size I would think.
