View Full Version : 2 iPods with 1 iTunes??
Hi everyone - great place to get iPod info!
I have a question.
I have an iPod myslef, which is of course totally cool!
I have orderd my girlfriend a mini iPod, which will be pinky cool!
When this comes, I want to be able to dock and load songs on both the iPod and the mini, from the same PC, and same iTunes.
Has anyone tried this?
Are there any problems with it?
Please can someone let me know the best way to do it and any tips etc..?

i have just posted this exact same question, how spookey! My girlfriend got her iPod mini in pink yesterday, and when i get home at the weekend it will be my task to get songs off my iTunes onto her mini!
I hope there will be some nice people out there to help us out!

Yes, you can use more than one iPod with iTunes.

Okay everyone agrees that 2 iPods can be used with 1 iTunes. Well I have a 3g 15gb working flawlessly in iTunes. But when I connect up a 2g 10gb it hangs iTunes. Everytime. ITUnes won't recognize the 2nd iPod. Is there some sort of preparation of the 2nd iPod that it needs to recognize the iTunes?
