CD Copy Control

Does anyone know how to get around the copy protection put on a lot of cds lately? I didn't spend all my hard earned cash on an iPod just to find I can't rip any new cds! But I guess I'm lucky I run Windows, so I can at least play copy protected cds in crappy quality, while they decide that Mac users don't deserve to be able to play them at all...its ridiculous.

There's the old 'black marker' trick, or, in my limited experience, you could try using a 900 MHz iBook with iTunes.......

It seems that the copy protection as applied to the Mac doesn't work as well as it does on the PC.
