Please excuse me if this has been covered, but I can't seem to find out if the 4G fixes the "Ok to Disconnect" issue. For those unfamiliar, on Windows, if you eject a 3G ipod, it's just sits there and says "Ok to Disconnect" until you unplug it.
I'm especially curious because of the USB charging. USB Charging does me no good if I can use the thing while it's plugged in.

The problem is fixed, for firewire charging at least, I havn't tried the USB cable yet and I don't really intend to. But right after I tell windows to unmount my firewire-connected 4G, the iPod menu comes up and I can play music... and it keeps charging through the firewire connection. I'd assume it works the same for USB, but who knows.

I say its 50/50 for the usb cable. I had it charge and allow me to listen to it at the same time for the first few times.. but now i notice that i gotta remove the plug and plug it into the ac adapter -.-;; not a huge problem because i place the wires right next to eachother..
