jogging/auto case

I am looking for a case a will work for running and also for dash-mounting in my car without taking the iPod in and out of the case. I've looked at the Xtremity case (like the post on the clip and not on the case) but I don't think there's a way to use it while jogging. Any suggestions?

No running on London streets then... lol. Or could do if one trains for sprinting lol

I did see the sportswrap - it looks great for running. However, for some reason I have a hang-up about taking the pod in and out of the case. I'll keep looking and let you know if I find anything.
