I have seem many trades going on this site. I am just wondering how people trade with each other.

pretty simple - say what you want, or have, wait for some response, either through the forum, or pm, or email (your choice) and sort out the price and how it's to be paid etc. there's a feedback sub forum if you want to do some checking, but it's pretty informal, so you need to make sure you're happy with the other party and all the other details.
we think that most people here are honest and ethical, but you need to be comfortable with it.
