hi guys.
yes this is my first post, I just got my iPod yesterday and I love it, however I am just wondering if this is normal:
ok, originally when I set it up, I used Ephpod and MacOpener so I could keep it as a mac drive since I sometimes use Macs and figured it would be better this way. Now I got to thinking screw it, I use windows PCs more often, so I will go w/ that.
so I dled the latest version of windows software (I have the 15 gb model, so the one for the dock) and installed it. First time I plugged in the ipod, of course it didn't recognize it and had to run updater and all that, which brings me to my problem

it has been stuck there for 30 mins or so at this point. is it really slow to format or has something stalled or what? :confused:
