Clock setting in iPodlounge?

... yet another daft q. from your truly, but why does my iPodlounger clock read 2 hours forward (it now says it's 1.50pm, whilst my handy wrist watch says it's only 11.50am)?

When setting up the personal options bit I set it to GMT -5 (East US coast) but still this strange time-warp. Does iPodlounge travel 2 hours into the future whenever I log in? Will my boss buy me leaving 2 hours earlier 'cos iPodlounge says it's home-time'?
