ipod help!!

alright so i didnt know you're supposed to keep those default playlists on itunes. i think they we're something like "most recently played", "90's music", "on-the-go", and something else im not too sure of. well i deleted them and now i think my ipod is broke. everytime i try to update it i get THIS message..

can someone help me? is there a simple way to fix this?

I don't think you have to keep these playlists. I would dock your iPod with your computer and then (after you get the error) click on the iPod shown in iTunes. From there, you can chose how and what you want to sync and you can deselect different playlists. I think this should work - I have deleted some of the playlists and things have run just fine.
