Can anyone help please.?
I have a 2nd Generation iPOD that has been working fine, on a daily basis, for about 2 years.
One day last week when I plugged it to my PC it charges but is not seen by the PC - there is no don't disconnect message on the ipod and it doesn't show up in Explorer, Itunes, Anapod or Ephpod.
It also doesn't seem to be able to hold any charge overnight.
It has the most recent firmware loaded. I predominatly use Ephpod and Anapod.
The only thing I have done differently recently was to charge iit up from the mains adaptor as my PC was down. Could that effect it?
I have attached it to two PCs and it is not seen on either. IEE1394 Firewire is enabled and working on both.
I have tried reseting/rebooting but this has no effect.
What do I do please? - I am bereft with it!!
