View Full Version : Best Cord For Connecting iPod To Stereo/Tuner?
A few months back I bought an el cheapo headphone jack-to-RCA cable cord from Radio Shack, and it doesn't work very well -- I get no sound when it's all the way plugged in, and not very good sound when I leave it mostly plugged-in.
Does anybody else know of a better product, one that would connect my iPod (or my computer, for that matter) to my stereo with better results?

I bought the cheapo and it works great. Take it back and try another one or go spend some money on a Monster Cable.
I guess I'll try one more cheap one before I spring for the $30 "monster." Thanks.

there's the new sendstation pocketdock audio out also...

There is also the Sik Din.

Either the Din or the PocketDock with Lineout will allow you to charge your Ipod while it's playing. When connecting your Ipod to any type of stereo or receiver, you want to use the dock connector for audio, not the headphone jack.
