I recently bought a used 10gb - 2G off eBay. Initial problems with transferring from the iPod to my XP PC were solved using xPlay (an awesome little program really) The iPod was configured as a Mac so I copied from the iPod to the PC, then reformatted the iPod to a Winpod, copied from iTunes back to my newly formated iPod and life was good.
Now the problem.
I bought a second 10 gb - 2G unit. This one is already formatted as a windows unit (version 1.3) I can not get XP to even recognise it exists yet if I unplug this one and plug in the first unit, it's recognized right away. This would rule out a cable issue so now I am looking for suggestions. Any ideas??
