can't eject in itunes 4.6

every time i try to eject i get the following message:
"the ipod cannont be ejected because it contains files that are in use by another application"

(which is better than the blue screen i was getting constantly)

anyone know how i can figure out what files are causing this problem? is it from some of these cds that have bonus stuff on them????

any help would be amazing. i can't stand trying to eject thru my computer (safely remove hardware doesn't work right either)

Do you have any of these songs playing in the background? That is the only thing I could think of. Some other program is using one of the files that is on your iPod.

You have Windows XP correct? If you have multiple accounts, try logging out of all other accounts.
