Last night I was buying some audio books on iTunes for a trip this weekend, and while I was doing so, the download got "stuck" and my computer locked up... When I went back in, I had to "re-purchase" the download and I got billed twice.
I am really frustrated that the only way that you can get ahold of anyone at iTunes to help you is through e-mail. I have no idea if they're going to be able to help me at all, and that's $12 down the tube if not. ARGH. Supposedly there's a menu to come up if you're about to duplicate a purchase, or if you've already started to download, it will pick up where you left off. (According to the FAQ on the apple.com page.)
Any experiences similar and were you able to get the $ credited back? It's not a lot, but $12 is still a nice lunch.
