Last night I was buying some audio books on iTunes for a trip this weekend, and while I was doing so, the download got "stuck" and my computer locked up... When I went back in, I had to "re-purchase" the download and I got billed twice.

I am really frustrated that the only way that you can get ahold of anyone at iTunes to help you is through e-mail. I have no idea if they're going to be able to help me at all, and that's $12 down the tube if not. ARGH. Supposedly there's a menu to come up if you're about to duplicate a purchase, or if you've already started to download, it will pick up where you left off. (According to the FAQ on the apple.com page.)

Any experiences similar and were you able to get the $ credited back? It's not a lot, but $12 is still a nice lunch.

You doint have to re-purcase anyhting, itunes has an option that lets you check for purchased music for the very incindent you explained, and itunes has a feature to prevent you from buying music agin accidently, you have to allready have the file though.

Clikc on teh muisc store and click on the advanced menue and select "check for purchead music. its right there.
