I just got my new 15GB iPod.
Installed the software
Plugged it into the firewire port
It recognises it (I get the flashing disk access icon and Do not disconnect messages)
Then it launches the updater
The updater will sometimes not complete with a "Can't Unmount" message and other time it will appear to complete but nothing will happen.
I'm going to go buy the USB cable to see if that is the problem.
I disabled my anti-virus software as well = no change.
Help!!!!!
