You can use airTunes with a PC when iTunes 4.6 comes out and if you buy an AirPort Express but you have to have a WiFi card in your pc that is b or g

AirPort Express System Requirements:

For PC users:

A PC with a Wi-Fi-certified IEEE 802.11b or 802.11g wireless card
Windows XP or Windows 2000
WPA (WiFi Protected Access) support requires a Wi-Fi-certified PC solution

It doesn't matter the brand of router: Netgear, D-Link, Linksys, Belkin etc... as long as you have a piece of wireless hardware attached to your computer (i.e. a wireless card or a wireless router) you will be able to use AirTunes.

You don't "need" a mac to use AirPort Express, but take this as a chance to replace your PC! Who needs viruses and slow startup times when you can have so much more in a better package? ;)

lol. The only 1 I got is brand new...

But why not get the 12-inch iBook or the eMac? both are VERY affordable.

There are some tempting refurb iBooks and other Macs on Apple's site. I'm trying to justify one for myself too...

Not stupid at all...

Go to the "Store" tab and look for the red "Save" tag for the Special Deals section - looks like a sale tag.

Click there and scroll thru the deals. Be sure to read the whole page, because they often separate things by status, so the new old stock iBooks may be at the top, but the refurb iBooks way down.

If you don't see what you're looking for, check back, the selection varies.

This is where I got my 20gb. Good luck!
