I don't think you can do this for the E2c. Check the Shure website. I believe this is an option only for the E3c and E5c.

You could ask Handheld Audio. At least one company in the USA does custom fitting service for the E2c. Given the cost of this (at least ?100) and the benefits of custom fitting versus the increase in comfort/sound/etc, I'd suggest you forget the idea and move up to the E3c or the E5c.

I bought custom ear molds for the E2's (had them done through westone), and I'd strongly advise against it. Worst $100.00 I've spent--sound was horrible, which shouldn't be too surprising as the E2's are not designed for custom molds.

If you're going to go the custom route, go with sensaphonics or ultimate ears. If that's too pricey, you're better off IMHO saving for a better pair of earphones such as the Ety 4P or Shure E5 (I personally don't think the E3 is worth the price of the upgrade over the E2; just my opinion).

hmm so e2's and a custom fit don't work very well? i was thinknig about e3's but they're double the price but not double the sound quality! unless someone knows where i can get it cheap....... :P

Well the e2 is huge as it is. I think with a custom mold (making it even bigger) wouldnt fit well in your ear and no give a good seal.
