Hello. Here are some detailed instructions on the operation and set up of the armband. The enclosed instructions are not always obvious and sometimes our customers run into trouble. Hopefully these instructions will help! Let me know how you make out!

The Armband:
The parts: 2 parts
1) The band itself with velcro on one end and a sewn in plastic buckle on
the other.
2) The loose plastic D-ring

Some people disassemble the armband by pulling the end out of the middle
slider part essentially allowing for the loose, plastic D-ring to be removed completely from the strap. That should never happen. If you can remove the plastic d-ring buckle, the armband is not assembled correctly.

Lay the armband out flat with the Marware logo face up. You need to slip the D-ring back onto the armband, toward the center.

Take and fold the band by the velcro end and slip it through the sewn on
"slider buckle". The velcro should scrape the plastic.

Next, bend it around and slip the velcro through the other side of the same
slider buckle, scraping the plastic again. It should go kind of like
in-and-up, then down-and-through like a backwards U.

You should have a loop with the plastic D-ring on one end, then the
slider/sewn buckle in the middle, then the velcro end.

To adjust the length of the armband, essentially you will be adjusting the
size of the loop end of the armband. The bigger that loop gets, the tighter the armband will be. Do not stick your arm through that loop. That is all you use the loop for. The ends of the armband are the moveable plastic D ring as one end, and the velcro end as the other end.

To attach to the case:
remove any clips from the back of the case. Insert a pen or paper clip
through the hole in the clip and depress the locking mechanism. The clip
will then slide down and out of the base.

Lay the armband out flat with the MARWARE logo facing up. With the case
face down, slip the LOOP end with the D-ring buckle through both straps on
the back of the case. That's it!

With the band around your arm, slip the velcro end through the D-ring and
fasten it up. The size can be re-adjusted using the slider and adjusting
the size of the loop without removing it from the case.

I just bought one and I had to get the guy from the apple store to put it together for me! It took him awhile to get it right but now it is easy to slip on and off.

It is comfortable on the arm as well. I will be using it a lot in the near future and will give an update on how I like it.

lookswise it is awesome.
