please help me! i am running xp pro on my dell...yesterday i plugged in my 3g 15 gb ipod and tried to update songs from itunes but it came up with an error message. somehow trying to fix my problem it came up with a window that had my ipod on the screen w/ a drop down menu saying "enable device as disk" i went down to "disable device as disk" and after a few seconds my ipod screen went to Ok to Disconnect. I was freaking out and now my computer wont even recognize the ipod! I dont know what to do and am in desperate need for help. Someone mentioned running the Ipod software updater on the disk it comes with, which they called firmware but i dont think thats what it is. That just said "Can't mount Ipod." when i tried to do that. So what do i do and if its this firmware thing where do I get it? god bless a correct answer

OMG OMG OMG!! YAY!! I FOUND OUT HOW TO DO IT!! for anyone who ever is stupid enough to do this-all you need to do is go into control panel-printers and other hardware-add hardware-follow the steps-ipod was the first on the screen where you can pick and do next-it then enables it as disk
man thats a relief...thanks for ppl who tried to help me
(you may see this topic a lot)
