Can any one suggest some good speakers for the iPod? This is for home use, and I want something with the best sound. Price isn't a factor.

If you have a stereo then you can just get the cable and hook the iPod up to your stereo or the Creatures have good sound and have gotten good reviews. You can also check out the review section here at the lounge. There are reviews on speakers for the iPod.

I have the inMotion speakers that I use and I love them. I only use them in my room but that's what I wanted them for. I wanted something small for beside my bed since I don't have a lot of room for a 3 piece set like the Creatures. Sound quality is good and they look good ($149).

I would like it to run through my stero, but from all the connection cables I've seen, none of them will work with mine.

hi,
if there is a RadioShack near you, you can purchase a
"mini-jack to Stereo RCA" cable for less than $10 that will allow you to connect your iPOD to your stereo via the iPod headphone jack (or "line out" from the Dock) to the auxilliary input in your receiver or preamp.
or, if you want something portable, that is still of high enough quality to use in a small room, you should really check out the brand new "iPAL" here:
http://www.tivoliaudio.com/pPALIPOD.htm

hope this helps you out!

Hello!

I'm also in the market for iPOD speakers. Money is not an issue, but portability and quality are top on my list. Does anyone know about the SONY SRS T77S? Are they better than the Tivoli and InMotion? I will be traveling with them a lot, so sturdiness is important as well.

Thanks!
