since iTunes catalog isn't from Apple, I doubt that the makers will release a windows version, but you can them!

Check the link socks' it's pretty cool - it prints a playlist or ipod contents in .xml or other formats

Here's from their FAQ

"Can I make catalogs of music on my Windows PC?
At this time we have no plans for a Windows version of iTunes Catalog. However, you can use iTunes Catalog on a Mac to make catalogs of your iTunes music on your PC. Just copy the file ...\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\iTunes Music Library.xml from your PC to a Mac, open the file with iTunes Catalog, et voila!"

If you have Adobe Acrobat installed, you can use the PDF printer, and iTunes 4.5 new feature to print out your library as a PDF.
