Transfering iPod music to your PC HD - how?

Hi, so i accidently deleted some music on my comp and now i only have it on my iPod so if i lost it or whatever then i'd lose that music forever so i need it back!
I checked the iPod drive but theres no specific folder for the music that is on the iPod :confused: so how do i get it out and put it back in my library?
